Oasis announce UK tour dates

Oasis UK Arena Tour
Oasis have announced an 18 gig tour of the UK with the first show playing at the Liverpool Echo Arena on October 7th 2008.
Being the second leg of their 14 month world tour, the UK tour coincides with the UK release of their eagerly anticipated new album ‘Dig Out Your Soul‘
Tickets for the Oasis tour go on sale this Wednesday – 20th August – at 9.00am.

Missed out on the 2008 V Festival for some reason? Wished you’d made the effort after all? Well all is not lost with the release of V Festival tickets 2009.
A limited number of early-bird tickets are now available for both Weston Park near Shifnal or Hylands Park in Chelmsford. V festival 2009 will take place between Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd August.

Emerging on to the main stream music scene back in 2004, The Zutons boisterous, hook-laden yet infectious song style soon won them a huge following of fans. The Zutons first album ‘Who Killed The Zutons?‘, sold over 600,000 copies in the UK alone and was described by one critic as “sci-fi trash rock”. Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds

Riding high on the success of their March 2008, Mojo Magazine: Award Winning album release ‘Dig Lazarus Dig’, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds are primed for there 2008 tour of the UK and United States.
The band will be playing 6 UK shows throughout November 2008 taking in Brighton, Edinburgh, Manchester, Sheffield and concluding with 2 shows at the London ‘Troxy’ on the 29th and 30th November. Tickets for the Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds tour will go on sale on the 15th August.

Ticketmaster one of the key UK distributors of gig tickets have announced a pre-sale of tickets for the Stereophonics o2 Arena gig on the 20th December. Tickets for the final gig date of the Stereophonics tour will be available from 18:00 hours on Wednesday the 13th August through to 9am on the 14th when the main ticket sale kicks off.

Stereophonics on tour

With a new pre-tour album due for release on the 17th November, the Stereophonics tour looks set to be a class act on the run up to Christmas with their new album and a 12 date tour starting on the 2nd of December in Glasgow.
Both the new Stereophonics album release and the tour follow a common theme with the album title being ‘A Decade In The Sun: The Best Of Stereophonics‘ and the tour being billed as the ‘greatest hits tour’.
Stereophonics tickets will be going on general sale at 09:00hrs Thursday the 14th of August, one thing is certain, if you’re a big fan you’ll have to get in there quickly as it’s almost a certainty that tickets for the listed gigs will be sold out within days if not hours.
With the tour ending on the 20th December at the London o2 Arena, 2008 will surely be remembered as another great year for these Welsh rockers.
